We own accessible properties, including homes with widened doorways, and also rent houses through relationships we've built with local landlords. Alongside this, we provide care packages for people with complex care needs, mental illness and learning disabilities.
Specialist supported living, built around the individual
We provide bespoke Supported Living, Semi-Independent Living, Outreach Support and Supported Tenancy services, delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our private home care services are tailored from the ground up for individuals with a primary diagnosis of:
- Learning disability, autism or Asperger's Syndrome
- Mental disorders or challenging behaviour
- Complex needs or a comorbid diagnosis
Premium levels of supported accommodation
For young people aged 16 to 24, where required, we also provide a high standard of supported accommodation, a safe, structured environment where residents develop the self-reliance, self-care, and decision-making skills they need to move successfully into independence and adulthood.
Our care model is grounded in the principles of Positive Behavioural Support, proactive, planned and person-centred at every step. Every care and support plan is co-created with the individual, coordinated with families, and regularly reviewed to ensure it continues to meet their evolving needs.
Supported tenancy
Seren has acquired three properties in which to offer care in the Cheltenham and Gloucester area and a rental property in Frampton on Severn. Our properties have been chosen and adapted to provide the very best standard of care and all are situated within easy reach of bus routes and amenities.
Supported tenancy is a great option for young adults who are looking for a greater degree of independence whilst benefiting from supported accommodation. These services are achieved in partnership with specialist housing providers who manage the tenancy.

Is this the same as residential care?
No. Supported Living means the individual retains a tenancy and genuine control over their own home. The support wraps around them — not the other way around. This is a fundamental commitment to autonomy and independence.
