The best home health care and care services at home do not exist in isolation. Every person we support sits at the centre of a wider network, a family, a clinical team, a community. The goal of Seren Healthcare Solutions is not simply to provide home help care services, but to work as a coordinated, collaborative partner within that wider circle of care.
When families search for a care company in the UK that genuinely cares about more than the visit, this is what it looks like in practice.

The Circle of Care
A care needs assessment is only the starting point. The people we care for have lives, relationships and professional networks that we work alongside, not in spite of. Seren coordinates with every member of a client's care circle to ensure that our home help services complement and reinforce everything else that is already in place.

Our Partnerships
Seren's partnerships span technology, training, community and faith, each chosen because they share our values and extend our reach.

A community partnership that reflects Seren's belief that home health care is inseparable from community health, and that the wellbeing of the people we support depends on strong local networks.

Healthcare professionals
Seren works collaboratively with GPs, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, community nurses, pharmacies and specialist clinicians to ensure every care plan is clinically coordinated and continuously reviewed.

Seren Healthcare's commitment to the communities we serve goes beyond care visits. This year, Seren pledged to send 20 children to a summer camp, investing in the lives of young people in our communities because we believe that care means more than clinical support.
Seren has also supported a number of local charitable organisations and is actively involved in faith community initiatives across Wales and England. Founder Stellah Mensah launched a personal charitable initiative in May 2026 focused on prostate cancer awareness, early diagnosis and early treatment. It reflects everything Seren stands for: person-centred, proactive and built around the belief that early intervention saves lives and preserves dignity.

Active support for two faith-based charities working in the communities Seren serves, helping to extend our reach to people who need care and connection.

Stellah Mensah is launching a new charity in May focused on early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, an area where person-centred healthcare can make a transformative difference to outcomes and quality of life.

Caring for our carers
One of the most overlooked partnerships in home health care is the one between an organisation and its own staff. One of the biggest issues in the UK domiciliary care sector is work-life balance, carers who are overworked, under-supported and at constant risk of burnout. This directly affects the quality of care at home that clients receive.
Seren addresses this through a structured rolling rota that gives every carer dedicated, predictable time off. Clients are supported by a consistent, named team of carers and those carers have a schedule that protects their wellbeing.

Seren carers work seven days on and then have a full seven days off. No ad hoc calls, no irregular rotas, no creeping hours. A week of full recovery. This model produces more engaged, more consistent, more committed carers, and that is ultimately what great home help care services are built on.

From the moment a care plan is established, Seren's clinical team works to identify and communicate with all existing healthcare professionals — GPs, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, community nurses and any specialist services involved. We do not operate in isolation. Our care services at home are designed to complement and reinforce everything already in place, with regular reviews ensuring that information flows between everyone involved in the client's circle of care.
Yes. Seren has established working relationships with local authority commissioners, NHS trusts, case managers and solicitors — as well as with individual families arranging private home care. Our care needs assessment process is equally robust regardless of the funding route, and our reporting and governance structures are designed to meet the accountability requirements of public commissioners and private clients alike.
We welcome partnership conversations with healthcare organisations, community groups, charities, faith organisations and care providers who share our values. If you believe there is an opportunity to work together — whether to extend home help services, provide clinical referrals, support community wellbeing or explore a commercial arrangement — please get in touch. We respond to every enquiry promptly and always begin with a genuine conversation rather than a sales pitch.
